Planned upgrades, coordinated properly

Renovations and Improvements

Renovations and upgrades that lift a property's value and function — with the trades, sequencing and finishes managed as one job.

Overview

Renovation work fails at the joins: between the demolition and the plumber, the plasterer and the painter, the promised date and the actual one. We plan and run renovation and improvement projects so the sequencing, trades and finishing standard are one person's responsibility rather than yours.

Who it’s for: Homeowners updating kitchens, bathrooms or living areas · Landlords and investors improving rental appeal and value · Property managers coordinating between-tenancy upgrades · Commercial operators refreshing premises

Problems it solves

  • Renovations stalled by trade scheduling conflicts
  • Scope creep with no single party accountable
  • Between-tenancy windows too short for uncoordinated trades
  • Tired properties underperforming at sale or lease

When it’s urgent

Renovation enquiries are planned work. If you have storm damage, water ingress or another active problem, start with the urgent damage page first: make-safe comes before improvement.

The process

How this work usually runs

  1. Scope the project

Describe what you want changed, with photos and any plans you have. We discuss practical options and constraints before quoting.

  2. Fixed written quote

The quote sets out inclusions, finishes, allowances and the items that need decisions from you. Regulated work is identified and priced through licensed trades.

  3. Staged delivery

Trades are sequenced so the job keeps moving. You get a realistic timeline and are told early if anything shifts it.

  4. Completion and walkthrough

The finished work is walked through with you, minor items are listed and closed out, and the space is left clean.

FAQs

Renovations and Improvements questions

Do you handle the whole renovation or just parts of it?

Either. We can deliver a full room renovation end to end, or slot into a project you are running — for example, just the tiling, plastering and painting. The quote states exactly what is included.

How do you price renovation work?

Through a written quote after reviewing the space, with inclusions and allowances itemised. Where something cannot be known until opened up — behind wet-area walls, for instance — the quote says so and explains how variations are handled and approved before extra work proceeds.

Who does the licensed trade work in a renovation?

Plumbing, gasfitting, electrical and other regulated work is carried out by appropriately licensed trades arranged as part of the project. Compliance certificates for that work are provided where applicable.

Can you renovate a rental between tenancies?

Yes — tell us the vacancy window in your quote request. We sequence trades to fit inside it and tell you honestly if the scope cannot be completed in the time available.

Need renovations and improvements handled properly?

Describe the job, attach photos, and get a written scope with clear pricing.
