Our records
How we document our work
Every job we take on generates a record: what was reported, what was approved, what was done and how it finished. Completed case studies are published here once the client has approved the wording.
What every record includes
A job isn’t finished when the tools are packed up. It’s finished when the record is complete enough that the owner, the agent or the committee can see exactly what they paid for.
- The reported problem, and what investigation actually found
- The approved scope, in the same wording as the quote
- Which parts were carried out by licensed trades, with certificates where issued
- Photos before, during and after the work
- The outcome, described in the client's terms and published only with their approval

A worked example of the record layout is available. It is clearly labelled as a demonstration: no real client, address, price or result appears anywhere in it.
