AUS Wide Maintenance exists to remove a specific burden: finding, briefing, scheduling and chasing a different contractor for every job a property produces.
What we actually do
We coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations and urgent make-safe work across residential, commercial and managed properties. Some work we complete directly; specialist and regulated work is carried out by appropriately qualified and licensed trades we engage and manage as part of the one job.
A single wet-area failure can touch five trades. A rental portfolio produces a constant stream of small, unrelated jobs. A body corporate needs one accountable contractor rather than a different name on every invoice. Running that properly is the job we take off your plate.
We handle planned work such as scheduled maintenance programs, renovations and improvement projects, alongside reactive work, from a broken lock through to storm damage that needs to be made safe.

You hear from us at the points that matter: quote, schedule, any change, completion. Owners and agents get photo confirmation when they can't attend.
